Terms of Service

By accessing the website and services provided by Sinthax, Inc. ("Sinthax", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Services.

Sinthax offers a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets you build, configure and run AI-powered conversational agents and analyse the responses they collect. Some features are free, while others are available through paid subscription plans.

In order to access certain features, you must create an account using a third-party identity provider (e.g. Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Details of your plan, billing cycle and response quota are displayed in your dashboard. Each plan is subject to usage limits, as detailed on our pricing page and in your account dashboard. You authorise Sinthax and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• engage in illegal or unauthorised activities;
• transmit or store defamatory, obscene or unlawful content;
• infringe the intellectual-property rights of others;
• disrupt or compromise the integrity or performance of the Services.

All rights, title and interest in and to the Services—including software, graphics and trademarks—are owned by Sinthax or its licensors.

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, questions, and any other information you provide to the Services (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the conversational outputs, summaries, and analyses generated by the Services (“Generated Content”) for your internal business or personal purposes. You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, Generated Content may not be unique across users and the Services may generate the same or similar output for other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Sinthax makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

The Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning models, which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive content. Sinthax does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Generated Content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using the Generated Content at your own risk. You should not rely on the Generated Content as a substitute for professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinthax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use—or inability to use—the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services.
